G&Partners' Privacy Policy describes how G&Partners collects, uses, and shares your personal data.

What is personal data at G&Partners?

At G&Partners, we believe strongly in fundamental privacy rights. "Personal Data" means any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. This includes data that directly identifies you, such as your name, and data that can be reasonably used to identify you.

G&Partners SA, located at Via Sceresa 5, 6805 Mezzovico–Vira, Switzerland, is the data controller.

We respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict processing of, and delete your personal data.

Personal data G&Partners collects

We collect only the personal data we need:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, physical address, phone number.
  • Payment information: Billing address and bank details.
  • Transaction information: Data about purchases of G&Partners products and services.

G&Partners' use of personal data

We use personal data to power our services, process your transactions, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

We rely on valid legal bases such as contract performance or legitimate interests (e.g., maintaining machine service history).

Sharing of personal data

G&Partners may share personal data with service providers who act on our behalf (e.g., logistics, IT), partners, or others at your direction.

G&Partners does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Protection of personal data

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and the threats posed.

Data retention

Data collected through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of the request, unless a longer period is required by law. Anonymised browsing data collected via Google Analytics is subject to Google's retention policy (max. 26 months) and is automatically deleted at expiry. You may request early deletion by writing to info@g-partners.com.

International data transfers

Some service providers we use are based outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly in the United States:

  • Netlify Inc. (USA) – contact form processing and website hosting.
  • Google LLC (USA) – Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.

These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and recognised by the Swiss FDPIC as an adequate safeguard under Art. 16 of the Swiss nFADP and the GDPR.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. For users in Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)www.edoeb.admin.ch.

For users in the EU/EEA: you may contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.

Data breach notification

In the event of a security breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, G&Partners commits to notifying the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and to informing you directly without undue delay if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights.
